About the Guest Presenter:

Brittani Caddell is a People Operations professional who relocated from Canton, OH to the Columbus area to study at Otterbein University, deciding to make Columbus her home after graduating. She began her career in recruitment and staffing leadership before transitioning into her current role as Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at a growing startup. Her career journey has given her a deep appreciation for growth, adaptability, and the human side of change. Brittani loves the energy of Columbus and is passionate about contributing to the city’s supportive, connected community. She believes that every career path is a story in progress — and that learning to tell it with confidence can transform what comes next.
