Join The Ohio REST Collective & Karen for a powerful 90-minute somatic visioning experience designed for leaders, creatives, healers, and change-makers who are ready to root deeply in the present while opening up to future possibility.
In this session, we’ll use Reiki, Polarity Therapy, and embodied practices to help you build the capacity to sit with what’s here, loosen the grip of expectation, and expand your imagination beyond a single outcome. You’ll clarify your purpose, reconnect to your values, and explore multiple pathways your calling can take without attaching to any one version of the future.
Together, we’ll lean into our visionary leadership energy patterns, learning how the body signals alignment, resistance, and possibility. Through somatic grounding, guided visualization, movement, and community reflection, you’ll tap into a more adaptive, soul-led way of dreaming.
