Both nationally acclaimed chefs, Williams and Barua will discuss how histories, memories, and cultures are shared across generations and geography. Their dialogue takes place inside Tavares Strachan: The Day Tomorrow Began—an immersive, multisensory exhibition that explores how knowledge and culture can be built, shared, and preserved through spaces like bars, record shops, and restaurants. 

Begin the evening with a reception featuring a complimentary cocktail and light bites inspired by recipes from The Caribbean Cookbook. The reception takes place inside Bar Room, Strachan's permanent immersive installation and fully operational rum bar and café. 

Tickets are $55 for members and $65 for nonmembers and include one copy of The Caribbean Cookbook, admission for two guests to the reception and conversation with Rawlston Williams and Avishar Barua.

Overflow Standing Room Ticket for Conversation
A limited number of standing room tickets are available for the conversation. These tickets do not include entry to the reception. These tickets are free for members and $10 for nonmembers and include admission to Tavares Strachan: The Day Tomorrow Began.
