When we go upside down it can immediately give us a rush of fresh energy, excitement, and remind us to express ourselves fully without fear. No experience is necessary! Just a willingness to go for it and meet yourself where you're at. This is a beginner friendly/all levels workshop.

We'll break down the following inversions:
Traditional headstand
Tripod headstand
Forearm stand
Handstand
Dolphin pose
Shoulderstand
Legs up the Wall

We will start with a short warm-up then go through each inversion step-by-step with modifications as needed using props, partners, and the wall. We'll also practice fun transitions you can bring into your yoga practice. We guarantee everyone will be able to go upside down no matter your experience.
