This is designed to help people manage symptoms after a stroke, reduce secondary complications, improve energy and prevent future strokes by improving nutrition. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions with a licensed dietician and physical therapist to make healthier choices to influence their overall well-being.We will be offering a virtual option for those who want to participate but have transportation or time limitations.
