Mommy and me Pilates is for all generations of moms or moms to be who want to participate in class  with their kids, moms, or friends! Class will be designed safely for pregnant and postpartum moms, so all levels are welcome! Kids can join in class with you or play nearby! We will have refreshments after class as well for moms and kids! Just bring a mat! Husbands send your wife some flower money! 😉💞 Class will be in crown park behind the pavilion, thanks to Lowndes County Recreation for hosting this event!
