Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their health. However, we often don't know what to do or how to start. With guided meditation, you'll be walked through the process step by step by certified Hypnotist and Hypno Coach Susie McGarry. Visualizations combined with relaxing music create an immersive experience. You will be transported to a tranquil state and return feeling refreshed - ready to accomplish your goals and responsibilities more calmly.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or pillow for more comfort.
