ElevateHer Flight & STEM Day

ElevateHer Flight & STEM Day is an empowering, hands-on experience designed to inspire middle and high school girls to explore careers in aviation, aerospace, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Hosted by the Urban Aviators Society, this dynamic event connects young women with aviation professionals, STEM leaders, and industry mentors who are breaking barriers and building the future.

• A live Aviation & STEM Panel featuring women professionals
• Hands-on drone demonstrations and flight simulations
• Interactive STEM activity stations
• Career exposure sessions highlighting aviation pathways
• Mentorship and confidence-building engagement

ElevateHer is more than an event; it is a space where young women can see themselves as future pilots, engineers, innovators, and leaders.

This experience is ideal for:

• Middle and high school girls
• Youth leadership groups (AKAdettes, Delta GEMS, Rhoers, Archonettes, Pearlettes, and other youth organizations)
• Schools and community-based youth programs
