In this lively and delicious class, you’ll learn to prepare a spread of elegant, cocktail-ready appetizers inspired by the classic 3-martini lunch — complete with luxe flavors, stylish plating, and a glamorous cocktail pairing. Led by chef instructor Shawnie Kelley, you’ll create a small plate menu that’s equal parts indulgent and approachable, perfect for impressing guests at brunch, lunch, or your next martini-fueled soirée. Pair this with one of these fabulous martini's and you will have a lunch everyone will be talking about

On the Menu:

Build-Your-Own Blini with Smoked Salmon and Herb Caper Relish – master the art of making pillowy mini blini from scratch — soft, golden pancakes that serve as the perfect base for bold, customizable toppings.

Mini Beef Wellington Bites with Horseradish Whip – featuring tender seared beef and savory mushroom duxelles wrapped in golden, flaky pastry—capturing the essence of the classic dish in a bite-sized, party-ready form.

Citrus and Wine Poached Pear Cubes with Thym Mascarpone – This dessert transforms classic poached pears into jewel-like cubes, served with a creamy, herbed mascarpone and a drizzle of spiced syrup.
