Job seekers then follow, sharing a brief elevator speech. Finally, any new entities (non-profits/third party) attending for the first time introduce themselves. Networking follows for about an hour. Networking continues long after the monthly meeting as many virtual introductions are made on line and employers continue to send their hiring needs to the CWAT email administrator, who then disseminates the information to the CWAT community."
