Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Do you need help in navigating the grief journey in a supportive and non-judgmental environment? Then look no further.

I am Amanda, your guide and mentor. I lost my husband seven years ago. Since then, I have focused on spirituality and helping others on their grief journeys. I am here to listen, educate, and support you. The grief journey is a lonely one, but it doesn't have to be.

This is a support group hosted on Zoom. We only ask that you attend. You don't have to appear on camera or speak if you aren't comfortable doing so. We hope that by listening to others who are grieving, you will feel a sense of comfort and community.
