Working to develop a strong local scene that connects artists together to bring their craft to a higher level is their mission.Shaw Brothers Bio:Through the years the sibling duo of Andy and Chris Shaw have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with taking their emotionally driven sibling harmony folk music all over Ohio and the country. With Ohio as their base, they have taken their music to Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, New York, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and beyond. In October 2012 they released their first self titled LP. The disc features the brothers playing every instrument including bass guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, violin, djembe, and ukulele. With this method, their first full length culminates in a sound that is truly their own. What’s next for the duo? The answer is more. More shows, more touring, and more recording. The brothers are excited for the future ahead bringing their music to audiences everywhere.Find more at www.shawbrothersmusic.comTopher James and Biscuit Brigade Bio:Refusing to take the route of his peers Topher James shunned the corporate world after a pivotal moment with his boss and began a journey of music, for a living, as a way of life. Realizing a common denominator of all the music he loved was melody, strong emotional content, and soul, he began writing in this style and studying the greats. He started recording his first EP working with producer/engineer Josh Antonuccio in quiet Athens, Ohio. The EP “Art & Soul” was released in 2014 with great reviews.“…stellar 6-track EP rich with funky guitar licks, smooth horn section melodies, and lyrically rich storytelling…”- GroundSounds.com”…a straightforward classy album. It accurately reflects Topher James’ personality - confident, opinionated and carrying an affinity for the finer things in life…The image of this new project is not pretentious - and neither is the music.“- IAmTunedUp.comJames and crew went on to release the second EP \"8-Bit Soul\" coinciding with a video game featuring the band. In August of 2017 the Brigade released their single \"World is Broken\" leading up to the EP release in March 2018. www.TopherJamesMusic.com for more.Find more at www.topherjamesmusic.comAndy Shaw Band Bio:The Andy Shaw Band is a reggae infused rock band with a strong blend of vocal harmonies, and family roots. The is band comprised of Andy Shaw (guitar/vocals), Chris Shaw (drums/vocals), Jim Shaw (keyboard/vocals), Jesse Bar (lead guitar, vocals), and Jeff Bass (bass/vocals). Performing since 2005, the band has evolved over their 11 years, integrating more roots reggae and fuller harmonies with the addition of Bass on bass. Utilizing Chris Shaw’s uniquely well crafted reggae drum skills, and Andy’s flare for great melody writing and vocal ability, the band crafts a sound that makes you dance, AND feel something in your soul. Think equal parts Bob Marley and Van Morrison. Or Al Green and the Police if you will.Over the past 9 years the band has done numerous tours to Texas, NYC, Nashville, Florida, and all points in between. They’ve performed at Hookahville Festival, the Werkout Music Festival, Musikfest 2013, Red Gorilla Showcase at SXSW, Midpoint Music Festival, and have risen to one of the regions PREMIER original acts.Andy Shaw Band have a reputation as one of the hardest working acts around, and they are currently putting that work to spreading the music beyond their home town of Columbus, Ohio. As they take the next step forward, the future is bright, and the music is the perfect soundtrack to take them there.Find more at www.andyshawband.com" } ] } ] ```
