This two-day conference will take place on November 5, 2026-November 6, 2026 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton in Columbus, Ohio.Continuing education (CE) credits will be offered on November 5, 2026 and November 6, 2026, pending approval. Consortium for Health Education in Appalachia Ohio is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Valid through January 31, 2027.One Category A Contact Hour and one Establishing and Maintaining Professional Boundaries Contact Hour will be offered (provider TBD).Ticket Sales Information:Earlybird general ticket sales open on June 30, 2026. All ticket purchases must be made through Eventbrite. The cost per ticket for the conference is $30 plus processing and service fees. Orders are not complete unless the registration form is completed after ticket purchase. Incomplete orders will not be held.
