? Christmas Eve Schedule

4:00 p.m. — Candlelight & Carols for All Ages

Join us for a joy filled service led mostly by children! Experience the wonder of Scripture readings, beloved carols, a meditation by Pastor Amy Miracle, and the magic of candlelight as we sing Silent Night together.

Children are invited to bring a stuffed animal to help us decorate the manger.

7:30 p.m. — Christmas Recital*

Arrive early for a beautiful organ recital offered by Broad Street’s own Jim Hildreth. This half-hour of seasonal music,  classical works, festive arrangements, and beloved carols, sets a thoughtful and joyful tone for worship. Come settle into the sanctuary, savor live music, and prepare your heart for the candlelight service to follow.

8:00 p.m. — Traditional Candlelight Worship*

Experience the beauty of Christmas Eve in our traditional candlelight service, featuring our choir, timeless Scripture, a meditation by Pastor Amy Miracle, and the quiet radiance of candlelight during Silent Night. All are welcome for an evening of sacred beauty, hope, and reflection.

✨ Practical Details

? Location:
760 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio
A large parking lot sits behind the building. A covered drop-off area and ADA-accessible doors are available. When you enter, take the steps or elevator to the lobby. Restrooms are to your right; the sanctuary is straight ahead. The sanctuary door on the right is ADA-accessible.

? Children:
Children worship with us at BSPC, wiggles and giggles included!
At the 4:00 service, we will provide coloring activities for children to use in the pews, along with glowstick candles as a flameless option during Silent Night. Diaper-changing stations are available in both restrooms off the lobby.

? Hearing Devices:
Ushers have hearing-assist devices available, or feel free to use our T-Coil technology by switching your hearing aids to “T.”

? What to Wear:
Whatever makes you comfortable! Some dress casually; others wear suits on Christmas Eve. Come as you are.

⏰ When to Arrive:
The 8:00 p.m. service usually draws a larger crowd, so arriving around 7:30 p.m. is helpful. For the 4:00 p.m. service, arriving 10 minutes early is plenty.
