Chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley teaches step-by-step instructions for making each element of this dim sum staple. Learn how to roll, fill, pleat, and properly steam the dumplings. Shawnie explains the components and steps for making the gelatinized soup filling and where to get the ingredients. While your soupy buns are steaming, you will put together a smashed cucumber salad with garlic-chili dressing. At the end of class, enjoy your dumplings and salad along with a glass of wine.Additional Information:You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 48 hours before the class for a refund or class credit.
