Pulling two parts of the body together can change how weight distributes through a tie - or how easy it is to breathe. Adding rotation can affect sustainability and breath, and layer in an additional challenge. This intensive digs into three forces in rope - bending, crunching, and twisting - and spends a full day exploring how each one works and how to use it on purpose.The day is structured to build progressively - starting with more static exploration and gradually incorporating transitions, finishing with a tie that weaves all three concepts together and gives participants space to play with how they interact.This class emphasizes structural thinking, adaptability, and iteration. It is designed for intermediate to advanced rope practitioners who already have a solid working understanding of at least one back-loading harness, good upline management and want to deepen their technical fluency, creative range, and confidence in moving bodies through space.This is a harness-agnostic class - attendees are welcome to work with any back-loading chest harness they are comfortable inverting.
