Open to all levels, all styles and all humans!August 30th Workshop w/ Candice and friends!This embodied dance workshop invites movers into an expressive movement experience rooted in rhythm, release, joy, and presence. Through curated soundscapes, live music, and guided movement prompts, movers are encouraged to play, explore, dance, and reconnect with themselves through the language of the body.This workshop blends an array of elements including but not limited to Hip Hop, House, West African dance, dancehall, and other movement forms, creating space for participants to build rhythmic awareness, deepen their connection to themselves, and have fun while getting free in the movement.
