AJ Goes to the Dog Park (2025) w/filmmakers in attendance!

Join us for a special early screening of AJ Goes to the Dog Park (2025) with director and writer Toby Jones, actor AJ Thompson, and producer Demon Lord Krogloch (aka Ben Hanson) in attendance! Q&A following the screening moderated by Columbus filmmaker, Tyrone Russell!

From director Toby Jones comes a quirky, unique tale that’s sure to become your new favorite comedy, featuring the same cartoonish humor that made Hundreds of Beavers (2023) so beloved.

Set in Jones’ hometown of Fargo, North Dakota, the film follows AJ (played by Toby Jones’ real-life best friend, AJ Thompson) whose delightfully humdrum life begins to unravel when his favorite dog park is turned into a ‘blog park.’ What ensues is a true test of the human spirit as AJ fights to restore balance to his world.

With the same offbeat humor that has defined Toby’s work and a brand-new song from Rebecca Sugar, AJ Goes to the Dog Park is a truly inventive piece of independent cinema destined to become a cult classic.
