A Matter of Taste: 500 Years of Food in Art

Join food writer and chef instructor Shawnie Kelley for a lively and visually rich presentation exploring five centuries of “food in art,” tracing how artists have used the table to capture culture, class, and creativity. European Chef Martin Rausch’s striking vegetarian imagery provides a perfect modern bridge to begin discussing centuries-old depictions of feasts, markets, and moral tales.
