We will have a variety of health and wellness professionals at the event, including a pelvic floor specialist, Reiki, a physical therapist, experts in nutritional supplements, essential oils consultants, and a personal trainer/nutritionist. The goal of this health fair is to provide comprehensive information about health and wellness, connecting you with experts who can support your journey. Each professional will be available to discuss their specialty, answer your questions, and offer guidance tailored to your needs. Whether you are interested in fitness, nutrition, stress management, or holistic health, you will leave with valuable knowledge and actionable tips to enhance your overall well-being.
Taylor with Aster and Violet Women's Wellness provides specialized physical therapy and pelvic health services for fertility, menstrual health, pregnancy, and motherhood.

Melissa with Reiki- Melissa is a Certified Reiki Master Level III and self taught Energy Light Worker - Through the ancient healing practices of Energy/Reiki, she channels Divine Healing energies to her clients, to help with all aspects of life. The energies flow where needed, you only need to have an open mind and willingness to receive

Physical Therapist Alex- I'm Alex Kauffman, owner of Equip Physical Therapy. I run a cash-based physical therapy practice in North Lima geared toward helping people find a more active approach out of pain and into better movement. I'm a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s DPT program with an advanced certification in spine rehabilitation. My clinical approach is shaped by a "fitness-forward" philosophy and advanced training in the McKenzie Method, Integrative Dry Needling, and the Barbell Rehab Method.

At the wellness fair, she will demonstrate a range of flexibility and strengthening exercises suitable for all fitness levels, offering practical advice that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Christina will also provide an informative overview of basic nutrition principles, highlighting the importance of balanced eating for overall health. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about meal planning, healthy habits, and how to set realistic fitness goals.

Lisa (blue ribbon chiropractic) Dr. Gibson will be there to talk all things chiropractic care, dry needling and cupping! Our office focuses on getting you back to optimum function as fast as possible! We look forward to making connections with our community!
