Ever wondered what goes into creating a perfectly balanced wine? Join us for our Build-A-Wine Component Experience, where you’ll step into the role of a winemaker for the evening.

Guests will taste individual wine components—such as base wines, acidity, sweetness, tannin, and flavor elements—and learn how each one impacts the final profile of a wine. Using these components, you’ll then blend your own wine.

This hands-on experience is both fun and educational, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned wine lovers alike. No two wines will be the same, and you’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for the art and science behind every glass.
