WHOW Cooking Class

We are excited to let you know one of our Sponsors Shelly Schubert of Pin-it Travel Twins has put together a cooking class for us and we hope you will join us!

Sunday, October 12th 2:00-5:00 at Yankee Hill Winery located at 11755 Coarsegold Lane, Columbia, CA 95310.

$45 for WHOW members and sponsors and $55 for non members.

Cooking of Oaxaca Mexico is the dream of any chef! The place, the scenery, the people and the food make the experience of cooking and tasting the local foods a celebration for the taste buds. Seafood, Braised Pork with a Garlic Tomato mole, Tamales, Salsa, Enchiladas, and a Special Dessert.

Ron Erickson usually serves wine during the class and provides recipes. Parking is limited so it is advised to carpool if possible. We have a minimum number required of 16 and a maximum of 30 so if you plan to join us please buy your tickets now and RSVP.
