Presented by the Howard County Office of the Local Children's Board, the 2025 Voices of Change: Embracing the Power of We live theatre presentation addresses the impact of lived experiences and helps navigate today’s world. This event brings a voice to often unheard communities and a shared vision to support fairness and justice for all humanity. Join us for a collection of visual arts, multimedia storytelling, a keynote address by Dr. Kaye Whitehead (see below), plus refreshments and food offered during the networking opportunity. Free onsite parking is located in the West Garage on the Howard Community College campus, adjacent to the Smith Theatre/Horowitz Center (view HVPA on the campus map).
