Free Vermicomposting Workshop!

Learn the why, what, and how of vermicomposting.Compostables make up 38% of the materials that go into landfills. Attend a free workshop and start diverting kitchen scraps and yard waste while producing a nutrient-rich soil amendment. Composting can greatly reduce a household's waste and is a fun and rewarding step towards a more sustainable lifestyle.
Vermicomposting is a process done with specialized, red wriggler worms. It can be done indoors in closed bins or outdoors in large open bins.

Walk-ins are welcome. Registration is helpful and will ensure participants receive all the details.
