VCC Series - Abbey's Swahili Delights

Did you know that we have Swahili food in Columbia? If the answer is no, please don't skip this one!

All month long, restaurants will be competing to provide the best NEW vegan options in Columbia, and we will be supporting, voting, and hopefully prompting some expansion of our vegan offerings in town! See participating restaurants and menus here: https://veganchefchallenge.org/columbia/

Abbey's Swahili Delights is usually a catering company, but is available for individual meals out of CoMo Cooks Kitchen every Friday from 5-7. She always has a vegan option available, and it is always incredible! Menus are posted on Instagram and Facebook Thursday or Friday, and you will be asked to text her your order beforehand. Please do this if you are joining us! Note that the normal organizer (Molly) will not be able to make it to this meal and will only be stopping in to pick up a to-go order before they close, but Abbey will be able to set up a table for the group. Abbey is also at the farmer's market with samosas and drinks on Saturdays!

If you can't come to the group meetup, you can still eat and vote throughout the month during their normal business hours.
