Event 1: Dbell Press Medley

Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete medley. One rep each dbell. Three total dbells. Belts, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts and chalk all allowed! Fastest time wins. No split times will be given. Scores for 1 dbell, 2 bells or a time for ALL 3. 
 

Event 2: Keg Over Bar for reps! 60 second time limit for max reps. Chalk, belt (no built up belts), grip shirts, wrist wraps and elbow sleeves all allowed. Bar Height TBD.

Event 3: Yoke run 50ft for time. Athlete will run the Yoke as fast as possible. multiple drops allowed. Grip Shirts, belts and knee sleeves allowed. 

Event 4: 18” MAX Axle Deadlift! STATE RECORDS to be set for this event! Athlete has 3 attempts (miss one attempt and you’re out). Suits, Briefs, Straps, Chalk allowed. Must wait for down command. 

Event 5: Truck pull OR push. TBD per weight class but athlete will either PULL the truck arm over arm OR push the truck (prowler style) along the 50ft course. Fastest time wins
