Through interactive discussions, guided exercises, and mindfulness practices, this class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body and reclaim your sense of self.

You will:

• Foster self-compassion while challenging restrictive beliefs about body image and self-worth

Girlology is a nationally trusted platform delivering doctor-created content that builds body literacy and confidence, helping girls navigate puberty, periods, and mental wellbeing with knowledge instead of stigma. We support their moms & caregivers too, because breaking generational cycles of taboo & silence starts with us.
