During our group Soul Speak session, if past-life experiences surface, the processing may require additional time. If you're curious about the origins of any trauma that arises, we can delve into it further after the session, providing you with insights into where these emotions originated.

Once I have finished with the group Soul Speak Session, we will discuss what a release letter is & how to properly write one. Then, each person will go off to write any needed release letters to things that were discovered & emotions that have come up. Once the letter is complete, all will have the opportunity to read their letter separately, burn it & release the ashes to remove the trauma fully & completely.
