StretchLab x Bark Social Group Stretch

Start your morning with a guided group stretch led by the professionals from StretchLab Columbia.

This 30-minute class focuses on PNF-style stretching, the same techniques used by pro athletes and dancers. The goal is education first. You’ll learn proper stretching fundamentals that you can actually use to stretch yourself, no matter your experience level.

After the stretch, stick around for a Q&A with the StretchLab team to ask questions and learn more about how stretching can support your everyday movement and recovery.

What to know

• Registration starts at 10:30 AM.
• Class starts promptly at 11:00 AM. Please arrive early and be ready to begin.
• Bring a yoga mat or towel.
• This is a human-focused class, but pups are more than welcome to join you.

Location details

• The class will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
• If it’s cold or rainy, we’ll move under the heated, covered patio.

Tickets

• $15 for one person
• $25 for two people
• Dogs without a Bark Social membership must purchase a $15 dog entry pass.
