The Spring Equinox offers us a rare moment of balance — equal parts light and dark — and a gentle invitation to pause, restore, and come back into harmony within.
This 30 minute Sound Bath, hosted by our music director, Audra Sergel, is created to help us release the heaviness of winter and tenderly realign with the awakening energy of spring.
You’ll be guided through an immersive sound journey weaving together the delicate shimmer of chimes and crystal bowls with with the ancient, grounding sounds of chakra renewing melodies, designed to carry you into deep rest, renewal, and ease.
No previous experience is needed. There’s nothing you have to do — simply lie down, relax, and allow the sounds to wash over and through you. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and an open heart: this is free and open to the public, with love donations accepted to help fund our Music Internship Program at Broadway Christian Church.
