Give yourself an hour to slow down, unplug, and simply be. This meditative sound journey invites you into a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

A sound bath isn't a performance. It's an opportunity to let your brain waves settle into a calmer, more relaxed state. Using Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, percussion, and flutes, facilitator Dick Moons weaves layers of sound and frequency into a soundscape all its own. Every session is unique and unrehearsed, guided by the mood of the room. 

This special evening is presented in collaboration with Audio Engineer Zack White.

Your guide, Dick Moons, is a certified Sound Practitioner based in Columbia with more than 20 years of experience.

What to expect:
A relaxing, one-hour meditative sound experience.
A calming soundscape from an array of instruments.
Space to unwind and reset.
Bring a yoga mat or pillows (chairs provided if you need one).
Perfect for anyone curious about sound healing or simply craving a moment of stillness.
