SC Thrive works to lead South Carolinians to stability by providing innovative and efficient access to quality of life resources. SC Thrive's Thrive Hub is an online application completion tool that provides access to resources that can improve the financial, health, and household stability of South Carolina families. This training certifies individuals to use the online application tool to assist their clients in applying for state and federal benefits. such as SC Healthy Connections Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Welvista, and more.

After this training, the Learner will be able to:

  Describe the benefits within Thrive Hub available for a client to apply for.
• Recommend benefits for clients based on their needs presented
• Simulate an applicant interview and complete a SNAP, Medicaid, and Welvista application.

Prerequisite: You must be at least 18 years old and affiliated with a site approved by SC Thrive. You must complete a Background Check and eLearning modules prior to attending the training. 

Reminder:  Registration closes 14 days before the training date, all prerequisites must be completed at least 72 hours before the scheduled live session. Lunch and training materials will be provided.
