A free, evidence-based fitness program designed specifically for adults 65 and older. Learn more about the Stay Active & Independent for Life program, and how this class goes beyond exercise — helping participants build strength, improve balance, boost confidence, and connect socially.

This program is safe, effective, and adaptable for all fitness levels. Staying active has never been this fun!
