Rum Wars - the Coolening

Hello everyone! It's your friendly neighbor KuugaPop just letting you know more about the event! We will have three scenario battles and four tournaments. The scenario battles will be posted soon by our Battles Games coordinator Nessie-Pop, but the tournaments are: Single Blue, Blue and Board, Short Red(66 inches and under), and Wargod. All tournaments and games will be run with the Belegarth ruleset. The last tournament is subject to change. We will have event tokens at troll when you check in, so please be sure to stop in and register/sign a waiver/get your token. We are requesting a $10 donation, to cover cost of facilities. The site is Fire and Ice Sanctuary and will be open to camping Friday night and Saturday. Troll will be opening around 9 am on Saturday, so if you show up early, please make sure to go register after it opens on Saturday. Weapons check will open around 10 am, if not a few minutes earlier. We plan to start the first battle game around 11 or 11:30, and will run the second scenario shortly after finishing the first, taking some time for a short lunch break after that. Following the break will be the third scenario, then our tournaments. I'm sure I'll have more information to post before the event, but we hope to see you soon!
