Upon registration, you will be able to select your preferred species from 6 different options:Serviceberry- grows best in moist soils and in full sun or partial shade,20-25 feet tall at maturity.Paw Paw- grows in moist, well drained soil. Prefers Full sun and grows 15-30 feet tall and wide. (This option is a set of 2 trees --necissary for pollination)Dogwood- Grows 15-30 feet tall and likes moist soil. Likes morning sun. Thrives in Part-sun and part-shade enviornment.Redbud- Grows 20-30 feet tall. Blooms from late Feb. ro early April. can tolerate dry conditions, once established. Likes part-sun and part-shade.American Beauty Berry- will grow in all types of soil provided there is good drainage, 3 to 6 feet tall and usually just as wideNew Jersey Tea Brush- grows 2-3 feet tall and wide. Once mature this shrub is drought tolerant. Likes Full-sun and part-shade. Needs 6 hours of direct sunlight for best results.On the day of the event (Saturday, November 8th), swing by Stonehouse in Long Reach Village Center to pick up your tree! Trees are first come first serve. Must bring photo ID at pick-up to ensure Long Reach residency.NOTE: If you have registered for more than one tree, we will select the tree for you - you will not get to choose the tree. There will be no notification to you in this situation.
