- **Event Description**: Healing from narcissistic abuse takes more than understanding what happened—it also means helping your nervous system learn what safety feels like again.

Each week begins with a brief talk on a topic related to recovery, such as boundaries, trauma bonds, people-pleasing, gaslighting, self-trust, or rebuilding your identity after abuse. We'll then move into a guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and a restorative sound bath designed to support rest and regulation.

After a short break, those who wish to stay are invited to join an optional peer sharing circle. Sharing is never required, and simply listening is always welcome.

This is a facilitated peer support group and is not group therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
