We look forward to seeing women in trades and allies on Saturday, May 31st!
The day will be filled with speaker sessions, panel discussions, & networking to include advocacy within the community, legislative & policy updates, overcoming workplace challenges - bias, mental health, & work life balance. Attendees will also learn strategies regarding advancing into leadership positions, mentoring others for retention, and more!

A mother’s room will be available on site
FOOD: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided
SUGGESTED ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing (e.g. jeans, polos, sweaters); attendees are encouraged to wear their org’s colors and/or logos
TRADING: Feel free to share hard hat stickers, t-shirts, etc.

Post-event happy hour – Attendees are invited to join us for a kick-off following the event, which will also be located at Stephen’s College.
