- **Event Description**: You are invited to the mid-month Sunday dance this month at the Quaker Meeting House!  

In this meditation through conscious movement, there are no dance steps to follow or expectations to dance with others. You feel what you need to, take time to draw or stretch... rest or amp it up at any time throughout the dance. Bring your beautiful self, just as you are. Bring a friend! Create your own dance moves!

We ask everyone to please sign in so that we can keep you in the loop about dance related offerings.

At the opening circle, facilitators of the Dance Collective will say a few words about the space and intention of the dance. After our 1.5 hour of meditative movement/ecstatic dancing, we will circle up for a bit to briefly (and optionally) share our experience before heading out into the world to share our love and good vibes.

Doors Open, Set-Up @ 3pm
Dance starts @ 3:30pm

*Please note that the dance is a space for adults; childcare is not available at this time.

The Quakers have been known through history and currently for their progressive and people-caring activism. You do not need to be religiously affiliated in any way to come to this dance (or to be generally welcomed amongst Quakers). Come and feel the peacefulness of this historic building and wonderful wood floors for dancing.
