Columbia College's LeaderSHIFT is a transformative educational experience for women looking to move into the executive ranks of their organizations. For working women in corporate, healthcare, government, and other full-time employment, LeaderSHIFT provides continuing education and skills enhancement in various aspects of leadership.
LeaderSHIFT’s dynamic on-campus sessions incorporate:
> Independent study
> Group activities and simulations
> Cohort engagement
> 1:1 executive coaching
> Personal leadership assessments
> 360-Degree review assessments
> Faculty and peer feedback throughout the program
Plus, self-directed study between sessions enables you to apply what you’ve learned in your office, team, or community organization.
LeaderSHIFT engages attendees in applied learning experiences including Project Proposal Planning and Pitch Practice.
Learn to identify leadership opportunities and strategic alliances, and develop strategies for taking the lead in your organization.
Participants earn a certificate in leadership development from Columbia College and may earn 1 credit hours toward a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Columbia College. Parallel CEU and PDU credit opportunities are under development.
