🧵 Intro to Longarm Quilting at the MACCLab

Ready to try longarm quilting? This 2-hour hands-on class introduces you to the HandiQuilter Simply Sixteen, including proper setup, machine use, and safety protocols.

✅ All materials included
✅ Create a small quilted tapestry to practice your skills
✅ After demonstrating knowledge and safe use, you’ll be able to access the longarm quilting machine during open hours—as a member or day-pass holder. Reservations are recommended for priority access.

Great for quilters, fiber artists, and anyone curious about exploring larger-scale textile projects.

📌 New to the MACCLab? Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete Orientation if you haven’t already.

🦺 Closed-toe shoes are required at all times while in the makerspace.
