Free Family Dance - August 30th Installment of MMTD Free Summer Dance Series

Join us for the next installment of our FREE 2025 Summer Bash Dance Series
by the Mid-Missouri Traditional Dancers

Need to get out of the house, move your body and do something fun, FREE, and … air conditioned?!

Thanks to the City of Columbia, Office of Cultural Affairs, We are offering a free dance series this summer!

These are social dances for all ages designed to be simple but fun. Lots of clapping, stomping, hooting and hollering. Children learn to listen, follow directions, and cooperate while moving their bodies and using their outside voices! Parents enjoy the connections made with their children in a safe environment that fuels barely controlled excitement. All children must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or above.
