Fall Break Camp @ CNGSLC - Mind, Body, Me!

This Fall Break, give your girl two days of fun, friendship, and fresh energy for the school year ahead! Our Mind, Body, Me! camp is all about boosting confidence, encouraging healthy habits, and helping girls shine-inside and out.

Through games, creative activities, and hands-on learning, campers will explore body positivity, movement, and self-care in ways that are both empowering and age-appropriate. From making healthy snacks to trying new movement exercises, each girl will leave with tools to support her mental health and well-being throughout the year.
