In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how harm, healing, and community are not just abstract concepts, but embodied experiences that shape our interactions with ourselves and one another. Drawing from somatic practices, restorative justice principles, and community-building strategies, this session invites participants to reflect on how trauma, resilience, and collective care are lived through our physical selves.

This workshop is open to anyone interested in exploring the intersections of body, trauma, and community; whether you are a healer, activist, or simply someone seeking to deepen your understanding of the connections between physical experience and relational healing.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained tools for recognizing and navigating the embodied dimensions of harm and healing, and how to bring these practices into their personal and communal spaces.
