The Business EXPO is open to organizations who have either full-time and/or internship opportunities available for Business students only.
If you are an employer looking to source early career business talent, and/or experienced graduate level business students, then attending our Business EXPO needs to be part of your recruiting strategy. These events are hosted each semester and typically attract over 130 employers from all sectors and over 1400 students from all business majors and programs.
Organizations are able to:
Learn about the Moore School degree programs
Meet our faculty and staff
Meet students in a career fair setting
Partner with the Office of Career Management and the Moore School
Conduct info sessions the day before or following EXPO
Interview students the following day
EXPO REGISTRATION (2-step process)
1. EXPO registration for the event must be completed through Handshake
(create a new account or log into your existing account, search fairs & register).
2. Submit payment using the ORDER NOW button above.
Due to limited space, 1 - 2 tables per company please. Set up of items must be within your 6' x 2' tablespace to allow room for all company displays.
Cancellation policy: Should you and/or your organization need to cancel, we must receive your request in writing to

Lunch: To maximize your time with our students, lunch will be available 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Parking: Park Street City Garage ONLY (corner of Park and Pendleton Streets). A shuttle will be provided to transport you on EXPO day only.
Passes will be provided at check in. Due to limited spaces, we highly encourage carpooling. Please do not park in other areas as this may result in a ticket or towing.

Return shipping following event: All companies are responsible for return shipment of their items. Please contact your carrier for pickup from the address above. Prepare and attach return shipment labels to items to be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Take items to the designated shipping area which will be clearly posted for pickup. If you are not personally attending the event, we ask that you please provide this information to the appropriate colleague(s) who are.

Interviews will be held 2/7/19 at the Coliseum in a pipe and drape format (2 interviewers/1 interviewee per booth).
Create interview schedules during 8:30am-4:30pm with the students you meet.
Inform the student of their time and location of interview.
Inform students to arrive for check-in 10 minutes prior.
