It is under the leadership of Universal Ministries Worldwide based in Indianapolis, Indiana.Our Founder and President, Reverend Deborah Smith, received a bachelor's degree in Art Education and a master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation counseling and administration. Her journey to fulfill her life long spiritual calling culminated in her ordination as a minister in October 1999.The formal birth of Angel Wings thereafter served as the conduit for Reverend Smith's passion to empower the lives of families experiencing life challenges and despair.
