In this six-week workshop, we’ll blend artmaking with mindfulness and self-care, using creativity as a path to renewal. Together, we’ll explore:
* Vision Boards to plant the seeds of what you’d like to grow this season
* Affirmation Paintings to remind yourself of your strength and worth
* Mindfulness Mandalas for grounding and calm
* Plein Air Creations to soak up fresh air and light
* Scenic Walks to reawaken your senses and spark inspiration
* Garden-Inspired Artwork to celebrate growth, color, and possibility
This workshop isn’t about creating “perfect” art — it’s about creating space for yourself. A place to breathe, to play, to reconnect with the beauty around you, and to carry those feelings of renewal into your everyday life.

Workshop Details:
~ Six-week series at Artful Transformations Studio
~ Each class is two hours in length
~ Unfinished projects can be completed during Week 6 or taken home to finish at your own pace
~ Small group experience — limited to just 6 participants
**A minimum of 2 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by email and your registration fee will be fully refunded.**
