Begin your Sunday morning with stillness, connection, and the peaceful beauty of the sunrise.

Join us by the pond for a device-free gathering where we intentionally set aside phones, smartwatches, and other distractions to be fully present with ourselves, nature, and one another.

We'll begin with a guided sunrise meditation designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your inner self. After the meditation, we'll gather as a group for an open community circle. This is a welcoming space to share your experience, ask questions about your meditation, discuss spiritual topics, or simply listen as others share their insights.

Whether you're just beginning your spiritual journey or you've been practicing for years, everyone is welcome. There are no expectations and no pressure to speak. If you prefer to spend the remaining time sitting quietly by the pond, journaling, or simply processing what you experienced during meditation, that is equally honored.

Our intention is to create a safe, supportive community where curiosity is encouraged, experiences are respected, and everyone has the opportunity to grow at their own pace.

Please bring a chair or blanket, dress comfortably for the weather, and consider bringing a journal or a warm drink to enjoy after meditation.
