Join Shell from Cacao Expression and Jaime from Serene Sound Haven for a soul-nourishing evening of connection, movement, and healing in the heart of nature.

We’ll gather in the sacred space of Bacton Woods, surrounded by ancient trees and the grounding energy of Mother Earth. With the guidance of Mama Cacao, we’ll open our hearts and drop into deep presence—held by the magic of the woods and the healing resonance of sound.
