Grab a cuppa ☕ and we'll start with a grounding meditation and a share. From this we'll weave a collective intention for our drumming - then we'll drum together. 
This isn't about skills or performance, it's about the shared experience and finding our way back to ourselves. There is no pressure to take part in the sharing, drumming or singing if it doesn't feel right for you - just by showing up you begin the work of finding your way back home.
No experience is needed — just come as you are. Bring a drum if you have one but I have drums you can borrow.
