A quirky dry sense of humour who loves a pint and a cigar with a no nonsense way of cooking and creating! She’s not afraid to say what she thinks in a fun tongue in cheek way 

This workshop will be bringing the magic of kitchen witching and some of nanny ogg simple recipes for us to create !

We will start by cleansing and opening circle with some tea or medicinal chai if you’d prefer 

? we will settle down and get comfy and I will introduce you to nanny ogg cookbook and read some of the extracts while you relax and drink you tea or chai 

✨then we will go to our work space for some energetic hygiene , we can make a small altar , there will be incense to cleanse and a variety of herbs and flowers to place in water to cleanse utensils ect and for decoration , this is your sacred space , we can chant and bless our prep area 

?‍? there will be a few of nanny oggs simple recipes to choose from and we can collect our ingredients and get cooking! We can smudge our cooking area and set intentions as we create ! The kitchen and stove and oven will be available 
There will be sweet and savoury options 

? we can try our creations or take them home ( or both) and there will be tea and other snacks available if preferred , bring a tub and a small flask to put your creations into , bring some comfy pillows or cushions maybe a blanket to be comfortable while we have the story time at the beginning and meditation at the end  , there will be chairs too 

?we will finish by energetically clearing our space and a closing meditation
